Our wedding package starts at $5,000. It includes...
- Eight hours on the day of the wedding (including setup and cleaning time)
- A two-hour rehearsal the day before the wedding
- Bride and groom dressing rooms in The House
- Use of The House for photographs
- Access to The Chapel with 144 chairs and 6 antique pews
- Space for the reception at The Conservatory
- A catering kitchen in The Conservatory
- 150 chairs, 15 48-inch round tables, 15 60-inch round tables, 4 8-foot tables and 4 6-foot tables in The Conservatory
- Use of The Barn
- Audio throughout the buildings and grounds
- Wireless, handheld and stationary microphones
- Cleaning personnel after the wedding
- Use of the prop room
Wedding Package
$5,000.00
8 HOURS on the day of the wedding (includes set up and clean up time)
2 HOUR rehearsal on Fri. before the wedding
Bride's and Groom's dressing rooms in the house
Use of the house for photographs

Conservatory and grounds for receptions
Catering kitchen in conservatory

Use of "prop room"
Use of barn (no heat or air conditioning)
Audio throughout buildings and grounds
Wireless, hand held and stationary microphones
Cleaning personnel after the event for chairs and tables etc.
If alcohol is served:
Security guard for 4 hours - $140.00 (2 guards for over 100 guests)
Bartender - $ /hour (4 hour minimum)
Damage deposit of $1,000.00 - refunded after the event
Additional hourly charge - $250.00
Rehearsal Dinner - $300.00 for 2 hours
